  Just to say many thanks, My partner ordered me a new amp last sat morn, Monday you sourced it and I've just had an sms from delivery co.... to say I'll have it this afternoon. really impressed with the service (got a gig tomorrow), i've tried a few firms before but obviously north of the border is the place to do business !! the order was in my partners name, thought I'd email and say you have made a sassenach very happy, well done to the team at Merchant City.

My local store said he couldn't get anywhere near that price and suggested I buy it. I did and it arrived as promised the very next day. Really well packed and within the one hour time slot given by Interlink Express. I cannot fault the prices and the service. Next time I will start with Merchant City Music and not waste too much time elsewhere. Highly recommended to everyone.”

  Recently purchased on line a Fender FSR Metalic Sunburst HH. I would never consider such a purchase on line normally as you need to play a guitar before you buy. I took a risk because it was the guitar I wanted (mainly looks). Spoke to Drew & Richard (even on Sunday). The main thing is, I asked if you could set it up to my spec and asked to check it over to make sure It didn't have problems my current guitar had. This was no trouble. You matched the cheapest price I could find on the internet (nearer home) and even shipped next day delivery no extra charge. I received the guitar next day and was just what I expected. The pickups aren't great and spoil what is otherwise a good guitar for the price but hey that's not your fault. Only fault was, I wasn't given correct update on the shipping and confirmation of the order straight away so spent money but not sure if would receive goods at first so a little worrying. Other than that, well done guy's.
