  Thank you for sending the Guitar which arrived on time this afternoon. I have checked the guitar over and also played it. Every thing seems fine. The Arctic White finish looks quite stunning. The set-up is spot on; the intonation, the string height, are all correct. It was even in tune! Thank you for your Emails. Not only is the Stratocaster excellent, but I have been very pleased with the service you have provided. Particularly your communications.

  Just wanted to drop you an email to say "thanks!" I was in the store on Sunday and purchased the 52 Reissue Telecaster - I'd been on the lookout for one for a while and was delighted to find "the one" in your shop!! I've not stopped playing it and can't stop looking at it!! :-) I'm back home in Cumbria now but visit your store often when visiting my in-laws in Scotland. I've purchased from your shop many times before and will continue to do so - the service you get from the excellent staff is second to none. There may be larger guitar shops around but none of them can match Merchant City Music in terms of friendly customer service and knowledgeable advice ! The shop also has a wonderful atmosphere and you're made to feel very welcome and under no pressure. With Merchant City Music you don't feel like "just another customer" - you feel valued! I'm sorry I didn't catch any of the guys names on Sunday but I just wanted to let you all know that you have one very happy customer!! Thanks a million

  Bought myself a jackson adrian smith model today from your store, emailed a couple of days beforehand to ask if i could bring in my own gear to give it a good test to help make up my mind , was emailed back swiftly with a welcoming acceptance and on arriving in the shop i had full attention from a sales member until i left , happy with my purchase. the guitar is perfectly set up , its so incredible, this is now my 3rd guitar purchase and a half stack purchase along with new strings every few weeks. They also did me a good deal when i asked if they would be kind enough to throw in a gig bag for me to walk to my car , they gave me a discount on the one i chose, cant wait until you have a lot more space in your new store. Merchant city music loyal is what i would call myself , always friendly staff, don't listen to any of the negative reviews on google+ etc saying staff were ignorant and terrible. not true at all. Once again thanks for all your help and guidance , see you soon!

  Good Morning Lads Just wanted to say thank you very much for the way you treated me and my son Lewis on Sunday. He is delighted with the boss pedals and board. I am also very grateful for the time and assistance you afforded him when he made his choices. I have personally made a few major purchases from your store and I cannot recommend you enough to friends and family. A year ago Lewis would never have had the confidence to spend time like that trying things out and that was based entirely on the way some of your competitors treated kids of his age. He too could not praise you enough. Your store and your staff are a breath of fresh air and I wish you well when you move premises in the very near future.   Just a short message to thank merchant city music in helping me with the purchase of my new fender marauder guitar.I would especially like to thank the staff member who helped me with the sale (drew i think) who was a great help and even flung in a few extras. This is the second guitar i have purchased from merchant city muisc, the other being a fender custom 72 tele in 1996. This guitar has seen many a gig and is still going strong though maybe a little battle scarred but still sounds great...
