  Thank you very much indeed for your excellent service. Purchased a Traben John Moyer Standard 5 from yourselves and there have been no hitches whatsoever. The bass arrives within 3 days, and I was notified by e-mail of the time it was due to arrive. When it arrived it appeared the bass had been set up for me with some good strings also. Aside from being a pinch out of tune (due to being shipped) it was ready to play the minute it arrived. Fabulous service, snappy dispatch and an excellent price mean I will almost definitely be ordering with yourselves again! :D
